While painting the mural along the side of Franklins Supermarket for Ashfield Council, Robin realised that he could, and should, also paint the low barrier wall in front of it, and include the creative input of local little people. There is a busy after-school care centre in the park nearby whose staff were pleased to have their children participate, and other passers-by happily joined-in. They first painted two coats of the blue base, and then were only given black and white with small brushes. Robin added colour later. By the end of the project over 100 people had contributed to the low wall.
